New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday paid tributes to former prime minister PV Narasimha Rao on his birth anniversary.
Prime Minister Modi took to twitter to share his tributes.
"Tributes to Shri PV Narasimha Rao on his birth anniversary. We remember him as a wonderful scholar with very rich political experience," he wrote.
Born in Karimnagar in the Hyderabad State in 1921, Narasimha Rao was the 10th prime minister of India and held office from 1991 to 1996. He passed away after suffering a heart attack in 2004.
