Sanjay Joshi's posters seen in Delhi again, slam PM Modi for wishing Pak, Bangladesh on Ramadan

Posters featuring former BJP general secretary Sanjay Joshi is which Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been criticised openly for wishing Pakistan and Bangladesh on Ramadan have sprung up in Delhi lately, reports claimed on Tuesday.

New Delhi: Posters featuring former BJP general secretary Sanjay Joshi and criticising Prime Minister Narendra Modi for wishing Pakistan and Bangladesh on Ramadan have sprung up in Delhi lately, reports claimed on Tuesday.

The posters clearly read that PM Modi has mellowed down towards Pakistan and Bangladesh, but holds grudges against BJP veterans LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Sushma Swaraj and Sanjay Joshi.

“Pakistan, Bangladesh ko dete ho Ramadan pe badhai...Sushma, Advani, Sanjay Joshi, Rajnath, Gadkari, Murli Manohar Joshi, Vasundhara, ke liye hai mann mein khatai,” the posters read.

“Na samwad, na mann ki baat, na sabka sath, na sabka vikas...Phir kyun kare janata aap par vishwas (Why should people believe you when there is no interaction, no thoughts sharing, no development for all),” the posters further read.

This is not the first time Joshi's posters have triggered controversy. Earlier, his posters were put up outside the BJP headquarters and residences of party president Amit Shah and LK Advani, seeking his return in the party.

The posters with pictures of Modi, Shah and Joshi then took a dig at the Modi government's slogan of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas", and asked why Joshi was not being taken along.

The poster stated that BJP workers' 'Mann ki baat' be heard and "Sanjay Joshi's 'Ghar Wapsi' be initiated".

Once a powerful BJP leader, Joshi was divested from all party posts in 2005 following a CD controversy.
