Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has heaped praise on PM Narendra Modi over functioning in Parliament.

Swamy took to Twitter to share his praise for PM Modi and wrote, "I am impressed with the functioning of Namo (Narendra Modi) in Parliament."

"He is democratic, does not micro-manage MPs, and allows free expression," Swamy wrote on Twitter.

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy had taken oath as Rajya Sabha member on last Tuesday.

Former MP and cricket commentator Navjot Singh Sidhu, Olympic medallist Mary Kom, journalist Swapan Dasgupta, Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi and economist Narendra Jadhav have also been nominated by the Prime Minister's Office for the Rajya Sabha membership.
