New Delhi: The large swaths of Kailash Mansarovar are mystical for they hold the rustic landscapes that can mesmerise any visitor. Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy recently paid visit to the Hindu shrine and captured its natural grandeur in his lens.

As per several reports, it was Swamy's effort in 1981 that made Hindu devotees get an access for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.

His meeting with then China’s paramount leader Deng Xiaoping normalised the issue and the pilgrimage route was re-opened.
