New Delhi: Life convicts, who have completed 10 years of their term in various jails in Kerala, have a ray of hope as the state government has said that it will take steps to release them early.
As per reports, Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala said the decision was taken in wake of the recent Supreme Court direction.
