Warning that "the adjournment would not be granted under any eventuality", Justice M S Liberhan, chairman of the commission said "the state is directed to express its opinion".

The Uttar Pradesh government was represented at the commission by its advocate General Virender Bhatia and advocate A K Srivastava.

The commission which was constituted immediately after the demolition of the Ram Janam Bhoomi Babri Masjid structure is hearing the final arguments from the contesting parties.
