New Delhi, June 04: A BJP MP today accused foreign broadcasters of creating "confusion and hurdles" in implementation of the Conditional Access System and demanded that they declare their advertisement revenue and subscription collection.
Kirit Somaiya, along with three BJP MLAs from Mumbai,
said they are going to expose all foreign multi-nationals who
have launched a campaign "against the interest" of cable
customers.
"Those criticising CAS should suggest alternative
mechanism. Postponing CAS is not going to help cable
customers. Critics should suggest corrections," he said in a
statement released here.
