New Delhi, June 27: Additional secretary in the department of atomic energy, Prem Kumar, has been appointed as secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
Kumar, a 1968-batch IAS officer, has been appointed in the pay of secretary, an official release said today.
