New Delhi, Feb 17: The Supreme Court today listed for March 8 a petition by Tamil Nadu government challenging the jurisdiction of the Central POTA Review Committee to go into the cases pertaining to MDMK leader Vaiko and Nakkheeran editor RR Gopal.
A bench headed by Chief Justice VN Khare, however, said that the review committee could go ahead with its February 19 hearing on these two matters.
The court, however, restrained the committee from taking any final view in these two cases ahead of the hearing of the appeal in the Supreme Court.
