3-yr-old girl raped, throat slit in Ludhiana

Ludhiana: In yet another shocking act of cruelty, a three-year-old girl was raped in Ludhiana.

The accused, a vegetable vendor, did not stop at that, he slit the minor's throat and left her as dead.

As per reports, the 18-year-old accused lured the child out of her house when her parents were out on work.

After her blood smeared body was found, locals rushed her to a private hospital. Her condition remains critical.
