Islamabad, Apr 08: Cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan has said Pakistan should "keep on trying" to initiate a
dialogue with India to find a negotiated solution to Kashmir problem.

"I can tell you very clearly that in my mind I am convinced that we should try everything to resolve the Kashmir problem,” Imran heading the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Party said.

In an interview to 'Dawn', he said there seemed to be "some reluctance" on the part of India to talk but "Pakistan
has to keep on trying.”

Imran, who turned a bitter critic of President Gen Musharraf after initially supporting his military regime
termed the government's performance a "disaster".

He said that the new national assembly will not complete its five-year-term because of the "absence of a real transfer of power and odd compromises to form governments at the Centre and in Sindh.
