Pakistan foreign office spokesman Masood Khan told a media briefing here that a Pakistani delegation would go to New Delhi with an "open mind" for talks on the issue on the issue on December 1, but at the same time, "our position on overflights remained unchanged."

Asked what he meant by open mind when Pakistan has decided to stick to its stand to press for guarantees, Khan said that the Pakistani delegation was going with an open mind to "convince India about our position".

The first round of talks held here two months ago ended in a deadlock after Pakistan insisted on guarantees that India would not ban overflights in future. New Delhi refused to give such guarantees.
