Pakistan has denied presence of Osama Bin Laden in its territory and said Islamabad is ready to provide help to global coalition in nabbing him.
"Pakistan is ready to assist the global coalition in this regard", visiting Petroleum Minister of Pakistan, Usman Aminuddin told a gathering at the Zayed Centre for Coordination and Follow-up in the UAE capital Abu Dhabi.

Expessing an optimistic view on Indo-Pak ties, he said the current crisis between the two countries will not affect bilateral investments.

"Bilateral differences had persisted for the last 50 years but investments were in progress between the two neighbours", he said.

On the potential military conflict with India, the minister said Pakistan does not support military action.

"We are appealing for peace and we must resolve the problem with the focus on Kashmir," he said.

Delivering a lecture on cooperation between Pakistan and the GCC in oil and gas, the Minister said Pakistan is cooperating with the world in fighting terrorism and extremism, according to a release from the centre.

He said, "Pakistan had an estimated potential of about 27 billion barrels of oil and 282 trillion cubic feet of gas out of which only 700 million barrels of oil and 39 trillion cft of gas had been discovered."

"Pakistan may double the current domestic production over the next 10 years to one lakh arrels of oil and five billion cft of gas," he added.
