Vigilance and Anti-Corruption officials today carried out
searches at the premises of former DMK minister and senior
party leader K N Nehru, lodged in prison on land grabbing

and house of his brother K N Ramajeyam were raided.
The team also raided the office and house of Ramajeyam`s
brother-in-law, and a house of another of the former
Minister`s relative at Tiruvanaikoil.
Nehru was arrested on August 25 in the case registered on a
complaint by Dr Srinivasan of Thuraiyur that he, along with 10
others, had grabbed his vacant land measuring about 13,290 sq
ft in Tiruchirappalli.
