New Delhi: Sonakshi Sinha seems to be following in the footsteps of much acclaimed actresses like Vidya Balan and Kareena Kapoor who have started focusing on the marketing and promotion of their films. Sonakshi – who stars opposite Bollywood hunk Ranveer Singh in the period film ‘Lootera’ - has decided to promote the movie in a big way and has thereby doubled the time that she usually reserves for promoting her films – 40 days instead of 20. “Sonakshi has a brilliant role in the film and her stellar performance is bound to bag awards. She is at par with Ranveer in terms of screen time and performance and knows that this film can take her career to an even higher level,” a leading daily has quoted a source as saying. The source added, “She wants to give the film her best. It is one of the finest classical romances from the award-winning director of ‘Udaan’.
