An 87-year-old woman was punched by a teenage girl on a London bus, leaving the octogenarian with a black swollen eye.

The incident happened on October 16, when two teenage girls were travelling without ticket in a bus in south London. The girls, aged between 14-18, were having an argument with the driver when the 87-year-old woman tried to intervene, but shockingly, one of the girls punched her on the face.
The Police have arrested one girl and have identified her companion, however, she is yet to be arrested.
