Chris Martin says ‘Take That’ made him think he was gay

London: Coldplay front man Chris Martin has revealed that as a youngster ‘Take That’ made him question his sexuality.

He made the revelation as he presented Gary Barlow with an award for his song writing achievements at the Q Awards on Monday. “I’m not afraid to admit it, they made me ask the question ‘Am I gay?’” he said. Coldplay walked away with the Best Band in the World gong at the awards night. While picking up a gong for U2 later on, drummer Larry Mullen JR conformed Martin’s apprehension about his sexuality and left the crowd rolling with laughter. “Chris Martin, I have the answer for you — you are gay,” he said.
