New Delhi: Ever since he took over as the coach of the Indian cricket team, Anil Kumble has been very impressive with his innovative style of coaching.
Ahead of the West Indies tour, the legendary leggie reintroduced the buddy programme – which was a strategic move by former Indian coach John Wright, where two players are paired up with each other.
Soon after that, Indian Test cricket team, along with limited-overs skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, was seen enjoying a first of its kind of 'drum session'.
According to a report in The Indian Express, Kumble has now appointed speedster Bhuvneshwar Kumar, as the chairman of a three-member 'fine committee' also comprising Cheteshwar Pujara and Shikhar Dhawan.
To make sure that the players focus on punctuality, Kumble had earlier told that a fine of 50$ will be imposed on those who are late in boarding the team bus.
He was known to be a thorough professional during his playing days, and Jumbo is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that his professionalism rubs off on all the players.
