In cash crisis, Virender Sehwag asks Ravindra Jadeja to lend him some of his MoM award money

Ravindra Jadeja was awarded Rs. 1 Lakh from series sponsor Paytm for being named Man of the match.

New Delhi: Since PM Narendra Modi's move to scrap-off the Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500 notes, people haven't have shifted to a electronic modes of payment as the news Rs. 2000 and Rs. 500 notes get circulated in the market.

Virender Sehwag poked Mohali Test Man of the match winner, Ravindra Jadeja with yet another funny tweet as the latter was awarded Rs. 1 Lakh by series sponsor Paytm.

Viru congratulated Jadeja for wonderful performance and then asked him to transfer some of the award money to his account.

“Wah Jaddu Bhai ! Hamare paas toh 2000 ke chhutte nahi hai aur aap @Paytm mein 1 Lakh le gaye. Thoda hamare Paytm mein bhi transfer kijiye,” tweeted the former Indian opener.

With his tweet, Viru remarked that it is hard for people to find change for Rs. 2000 everywhere and Jadeja is being credited one lakh in their Paytm wallets.

It has to be said that Viru nailed it on twitter, yet again.
