IPL 2015: Gautam Gambhir lauds Suryakumar Yadav, nicknames him 'SKY'

New Delhi: After a great start to the new season of the Indian Premier League, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) skipper Gautam Gambhir hailed Suryakumar Yadav – the young sensation for his valuable contribution and came up with an interesting nickname for the youngster.

Gambhir, who slammed a half-century in KKR's 7-wicket win over Mumbai Indians, nicknamed his team-mated 'SKY' and asked his fans about their opinions.

Ahead of the opener, Gambhir was full of praise for Suryakumar and the youngster didn't let his skipper down. Suryakumar came to bat at number four and hammered 46 runs off just 20 balls which comprised of 5 sixes.

Rohit Sharma's stupendous 98-run knock went in vain as KKR chased 168 runs with nine balls to spare.
