IPL 2015, Match 37, CSK vs RCB: Players to watch out for

New Delhi: MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai will play host to Match 37 of the Indian Premier League 2015 between home side Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and visitors Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

On one end, where MS Dhoni-led CSK lost their last encounter by 22-run against Sunrisers Hyderabad, on the other, RCB beat defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders in their last tie to earn two crucial points.

In today's match, where CSK will look to regain the top spot in the points table, Virat Kohli-led RCB would hope to build on the momentum as they are currently placed third in the standings with five victories from 10 games.

Let's have a look on the players who could emerge as the match-winners.

Dwayne Bravo: Though CSK have the most dangerous opening pair in Dwayne Smith and Brendon McCullum, all-rounder Dwayne Bravo gives the team a depth in both the departments – batting and bowling. In fact, the West Indian took three wickets in the last match against SRH and played an unbeaten knock of 25. His performance with the ball has been outstanding thus far. He picked up 14 wickets in the tournament and is currently the purple cap holder, with 14 wickets in his kitty. The 31-year-old is also capable of turning the match around with his willow as well.

Mitchell Starc: With Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers in the ranks RCB have always been a batting power house. But it seems that the return of Australian pacer Mitchell Starc has actually changed the fortunes of RCB. The arrival of arguably world's best limited-overs pacer, at the moment, has had a direct impact on Royal Challengers rising in the League. He has picked up eight wickets from four innings and has the best economy rate - 5.78 - among his team-mates. McCullum facing Starc in today's encounter would be the much anticipated contest between bat and ball.
