New Delhi: Former South African pacer Allan Donald on Wednesday turned into a field umpire for Indian Premier League franchise Delhi Daredevils (DD).
During a practice match of DD at Feroz Shah Kotla stadium, under floodlights, Donald became an umpire.
Like a professional umpire, Donald, who is also known as White Lightning for his sheer pace during his playing days, even gave a go-ahead signal to Daredevils bowler Varun Aaron to start the proceedings.
