New Delhi: Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, who has several cricket records under his belt, became the first cricketer to score a double ton in ODIs on February 24, 2010.
Tendulkar's knock came against South Africa at Gwalior. The legend scored exact 200 runs off 147 balls, which included 25 boundaries and three sixes.
With the breathtaking knock, Tendulkar broke Charles Coventry, Saeed Anwar's joint record of 194 runs in an innings.

Later, Rohit Sharma, Chris Gayle, Virender Sehwag and Martin Guptill all went on to score double centuries in ODIs.
Sharma is the only cricketer to have two double tons in ODIs and his 264 against Sri Lanka remains to be the highest individual score in ODIs.
