WWE RAW: October 3rd, 2016 - Results and highlights

There were two championships re-matches that were scheduled on Monday Night RAW.

New Delhi: Raw on October 3rd, 2016 was LIVE from the Los Angeles in Staples Center.

There were two championships re-match that were scheduled on Monday Night RAW. First was for WWE Women's Championship between Sasha Banks and Charlotte.

Another big match on the line was of Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins who was up against Brian Kendrick not for the title.

1- Opening Segment

Lana came in the ring and demanded the re-match for the United States Championship. Hearing this Roman called Rusev out, and the fight broke out between the two as always.

In the end, The Big Dog was standing tall over the body of Bulgarian Brute.

Roman Reigns and Rusev will wage their United States Championship rematch inside the chilling confines of Hell in a Cell.

2- TJ Perkins vs Brian Kendrick (Non-Title Match)

Brian Kendrick offered the handshake to the reigning champion TJ Perkins before the match started.

As soon as the bell rung, Perkins hit Kendrick with the dropkick.

Brian eye gouched TJ before locking him in the Captain’s Hook again. Champion hanged in for a couple of seconds before tapping out.

Now this win guarantees a title shot to "The Wizard of Odd" against "Wrestling Yoda" for the Cruiserweight Championship at Hell in a Cell.

3- Braun Strowman vs Chase Silver

Chase Silver said that he dreamed last night and it was about beating up Braun Strowman.

Strowman hit him with an impressive modified Pumphandle slam to pick up the victory.

4- Kevin Owens & Chris Jericho addressed WWE Universe, Seth Rollins and demanded a Raw Tag Team Championship opportunity

Kevin Owens called Seth Rollins a stupid idiot for not sitting on the sideline while injured and demanding another title shot.

Jericho thinks that after they beat Enzo and Cass last week, they should challenge New Day for the Raw Tag-Team Championships.

5- Sami Zayn vs Titus O’Neil

Titus O’Neil officially launched the Titus brand. His match with the Underdog from the Underground (Sami Zayn) was the launch pad for it.

Though, Zayn hit Neil with snap exploder suplex in the corner followed it with a Helluva Kick to pick up the victory.

R-Truth hit the censor kick to Anderson for the nearfall as Gallows comes in the ring.

Luke kicked Goldust off the apron and then hit Truth with the Magic Killer. Refree counted to 1,2, and 3. Match over!

After winning the match they hit Goldust with the Magic Killer too.

The New Day defend their Tag-Team titles against Jeri-KO with Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson on commentary.

Y2J locked in the Walls of Jericho on Xavier Woods, but Rollins came to the apron and caused a distraction to break the Walls. To this Big E took advantage and hit Jericho with the Midnight Hour to retain their titles.

RESULT: The New Day defeated Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens (via pinfall)

Rollins took on the lifeless Y2J and hit him with a pedigree as the retreating KO watched. This may be the end of Jeri-KO friendship.

Seth told Stephanie about the worst decsion that Triple H made in his life. The second worst was definetly making Kevin Owens the WWE Universal Champion.

10- Rich Swann vs Tony Nese

​​Rich Swann went for a springboard stunner on Tony Nese, the Premier Athlete catched Swann in mid-air and landed him in a guillotine drop on the top rope to end the match.

This match was worthy of the pay-per-view but never the less WWE Universe witnessed an incredible match.

Charlotte got frustated with repeatedly kick out from Sasha. So she slapped her continously in anger.

The Boss countered with a hurracanrana into a Banks Statement to Women's Champion. But she rolled it over for the pin to which Sasha again countered it with Bank's Statement.
