Kapil Sharma BEATS Sunil Grover's Salman Khan starrer 'Tubelight' special show in TRP battle

New Delhi: No, not even Salman Khan could make 'Tubelight' special show a hit on television. Yes! That's exactly what the ratings suggest. Ace comedian Kapil Sharma has once again proved his mettle and delivered what drives the best out of him.

Salman Khan was not seen promoting 'Tubelight' on 'The Kapil Sharma Show' this time and instead opted for a special show 'Super Night with Tubelight' on the same channel airing Kapil's show with Sunil Grover, Ali Asghar, Sugandha Mishra and Sanket Bhonsle.

However, the verdict is out and Kapil has won this round hands down. According to BollywoodLife.com, Kapil's comedy show is in the top 10 (8th place) and 'Super Night with Tubelight' is at the 16th place. The Kapil Sharma Show got impressions of 4464 (in ‘000s) while 'Super Night with Tubelight' managed only 3973 (in ‘000s).

Sunil Grover, Ali Asghar, Sugandha Mishra left Kapil's show after the infamous flight episode. However, Chandan Prabhakar, who too had quit the show midway has returned and fans can't be happier.

Meanwhile, comedienne Bharti Singh too has joined forces with Kapil Sharma. Looks like its time for others to let bygones be bygones!
