New Delhi: Action-cum-romantic Bhojpuri thriller Ghaat will be a blockbuster, claims actress Rajani Mehta. The actress is in the second lead in the film which has Satyendra Singh and Poonam Dubey in the lead roles.
 
According to Rajani Mehta, Ghaat which is slated to release in 2018, has a strong story-line and has been ably directed by Anand D Ghatraj. "All the actors and crew have worked very hard on the film and its songs are also good. None of the songs have been forcefully inserted in the film," said Rajani.
 
Refusing to divulge details about her role, Rajani said that she has worked extremely hard and expects appreciation for her work from moviegoers. "I am extremely grateful to Anand sir for offering me this role and guiding me. Co-producer Dinesh Keshwani celebrated his birthday recently and I want to wish him well too. I am waiting for the film to hit the theatres," she added. The other co-producers of the film are Dimple Lalchandani and Vijay Kumar.

The film's official trailer has garnered good response. Going by the trailer it is evident that Ghaat is an action-romantic film. It has been jointly produced under the banner of SBK pictures and SBA Motion Pictures.
 
Rajesh Pandey has written the film's script. The rest of the cast includes Arun Singh, Vikash SinghPrakash Jaish, Akshay Keshwani, Vinod Mishra, Sonia Mishra, Neha Mehta, RK Goswami. Sunita Singh,   Yadav, Shailesh Rana, Manoj Rana, Shahil Sheikh, advocate Rajesh Pandey, Neetu Singh, child artist Om Pandey, Glory Mohanta, Seema Singh, and Archana Prajapati.
 
Director Dinesh Kehwani, too, has a guest appearance in the movie. The songs in the movie have been penned by Pyare Lal Yadav and Azad Singh while the music has been composed by Dhanjay Mishra. The choreography is by Pappu Khanna and Sanjay Karve. Narendra Patel is the man behind the camera while Govind Dubey is responsible for editing the film and the action sequences have been choreographed by Shahabuddin Sheikh.
