Patna: In a spine-chilling incident, a 14-year-old girl was gang-raped by six minors and thrown out of a moving train in Bihar on Friday night.
The minor was allegedly abducted from near her house when she went to relive herself. The girl hails from Lakhochak village in the Lakhisarai district.
While narrating her ordeal, the 14-year-old said she was gagged and taken to a nearby field, where she was sexually assaulted by 6-7 persons.
She alleged that two attackers were her neighbours.
Following the horror she felt unconscious. When she regained consciousness, the girl found herself in a train, after which her two neighbours pushed her out of the moving train.
She was found near Kiul railway station.
The victim suffered severe injuries due to the assault and is undergoing treatment at Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH).
The victim is said to have suffered huge bleeding and five pelvic bone fractures.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has assured the girl of bringing the perpetrators of this horrific crime to justice. A team, led by Lakhisarai DSP Pankaj Kumar, has been formed to investigate the matter.
