New Delhi: Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao is having the time of his life lately. You will be amazed to know that his latest film 'Newton' has been selected as India's official entry to Oscars 2018. Yes, you read that right.
The 33-year-old star on Friday took to Twitter to confirm the same. "Very happy to share this news that #NEWTON is India's official entry to the #OSCARS this year. Congratulations team," he tweeted.
The movie revolves around a young government clerk who is sent on election duty to a Maoist-controlled town and how the ideological struggle puts him in an awkward situation.
