Madonna`s homeless brother arrested drunk after refusing to leave toilet

London: Madonna`s older brother Anthony`s latest run in with the law resulted in him getting nine stitches in his forehead.

Police were called to the Grand Traverse County Civic Center in Michigan after 56-year-old Anthony Gerard Ciccone refused to leave the bathroom and began harassing staff, the Mirror reported. Police Captain Brian Heffner said that a female officer attempted to restrain him when he began to put up a fight. "He pulled away, turned around and confronted the female officer in an aggressive manner," he said. "She turned him around and brought him to the ground, which is when he struck his face on the bathroom floor," he added. His blood-alcohol level was apparently 0.40 percent. Under Michigan law, 0.08 percent is drunk. Ciccone has lived as a homeless person on the streets of Michigan for over three years. He recently spoke out about his situation, and blamed his famous sister for turning their backs on him. ANI
