1 lakh people per day are beelining to buy this phone!

New Delhi: The market for affordable smartphones is rocking in India. LeEco India's LeTV Le 1s smartphone saw 1 lakh registrations in 24 hrs on Flipkart.

Registrations for Le 1s opened on Flipkart on January 20 from 02:30 PM and will continue till February 02, 11:00 AM. The sale will be on Feb 02, 12:00 PM on Flipkart.

The only phone in India that comes with a higher specifications at comparatively lower cost could be the trigger for interest.

As per industry sources, the phone, which has a manufacturing cost of around Rs 16,000 is priced at Rs 10,999 in India.

The LeEco 1s is comparable to the Sony Xperia Z5, which is priced at around Rs 38,000, and the OnePlus Two, priced Rs 24,999 in India.

Some phones like Lenovo K4 Note having lesser features compared to the Le 1s, are priced higher.

Flipkart is also offering a sweet deal to those registering to buy the feature-rich phone.

Customers registering by January 21 midnight will get a Flipkart Electronic Gift Voucher (EGV) of INR 500 during their purchase of the Le 1s.

Additionally, customers can also avail 10% off on purchases made through Axis bank credit and debit cards,the online sales company said.
