Tara Reid fine after hospital visit

Los Angeles: ‘American Pie’ star Tara Reid has reassured her fans that she is in good health now, after she was hospitalised while on vacation in France.

The 36-year-old actress was taken ill earlier this week while on vacation in Nice and she took to Twitter to thank her followers for their concern and tell them she just had a bout of food poisoning, reported TMZ online. "Don`t worry everyone. I`m all good and healthy I got seafood poisoning and hurt my back on the jet ski but I`m all better thanks for caring," Reid tweeted. "Jet ski`s are fun but you have to be safe they can be very dangerous. I`m all good guys and happy no big deal enjoy your day everyone (sic)," she added. It had been reported that the actress had been taken ill with acute pancreatitis after being seen partying on a yacht in nearby Saint-Tropez and enjoying the nightlife in the town in the days before she was admitted to hospital. Before she was taken ill she was seen clutching her stomach and looking concerned. The hard partying actress has had problems with alcohol in the past and she went to rehab in 2009. PTI
