Ranbir Kapoor gets mobbed, thanks to his female fans

Mumbai: Blame it on the good looks, the hot bod, or the status of an actor – Ranbir Kapoor is a person who has been left mobbed, thanks to what he is. Female fans swoon over him, and they make sure that they get as many glimpses of the actor that they are able to. And that same determination of his fans left the actor in the throes of a near-panic attack as he was on his way to an event recently. As Ranbir Kapoor was on his way to a book launch, innumerable women fans poured in to steal a look at their heartthrob. Before Kapoor could reach the venue, his car was gheraoed by fans and the driver was faced with the herculean task of parking Ranbir’s car. The actor saw his car being banged at by fans, all of whom hoped to get a photograph with him. After security guards led the actor into the venue, thanks to numerous screaming girls, Ranbir did not even have a place to stand and was left in agony inside the security personnel’s office. The ruckus continued till after the event had ended, and it took almost an hour to escort Ranbir safely back to his car. Nevertheless, many of the fans who could lay their hands on the actor made sure that they did not let their effort go in vain – they tugged at the actor’s jacket and tried to pull him towards them. Ranbir’s ordeal ended when he got back into his car, and the actor maintained his cool even in the midst of such hullabaloo.
