Coldplay still as ‘passionate’ as ever

Washington: Coldplay are still as ‘‘passionate’’ about their music as they were when they when they started out.

According to an entry on the band’s blog Roadie24, the alternative rock band have become even ‘‘more focused’’ on putting ‘‘intensity and power’’ into their tracks. The ‘Paradise’ hitmakers, Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Will Champion and Jonny Buckland, have also been appreciated by a blogger for their recent performance on the TV talent show ‘The X Factor’. “I don’t really see any change to their intent. The music they play now is no less passionate than when I met them. If anything, I’d say they’re more focused on their intensity and power,” Contactmusic quoted the entry as saying. “They’re a different band in many ways, but they’re still carrying the very same flag. They’re still making passionate music,” the entry added. ANI
