Kolkata: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan sat in his Mumbai residence and relished some "mishti doi (sweet curd)", gifted to him by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
"And now I as I sip the `mishti doi` gifted to me last night in a most touching and generous manner by the Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee...," Amitabh posted on his blog bigb.bigadda.com.
The 68-year-old recently went to Kolkata to promote his upcoming film "Aarakshan", in which he plays a school principal. The movie, directed by Prakash Jha, releases Aug 12.
