Cory Monteith checks out of rehab

Los Angeles: `Glee` star Cory Monteith has left rehab and jetted off on holiday with his girlfriend Lea Michele.

The 32-year-old actor, who checked in to a treatment facility for substance addiction earlier this month, has now completed his stay and jetted off on holiday with Michele, reported E! online. A witness who spotted them at the airport here, said, "Both Lea and Cory seemed very happy, smiling the entire time. When security asked Cory how he was doing, he said good. They were friendly to those around them and appeared in great moods and excited to get out of town." Lea, 26, has been credited with encouraging Cory to check into rehab before his addictions got out of hand. "She encouraged him to get help, she supports him completely. Though this was mostly Cory`s decision, Lea agrees it`s for the best. She`s a great influence on him. All his friends can see Cory is incredibly happy with her," a source had said. PTI
