Ronnie Wood ‘no longer dating Ana Araujo’

Washington: Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood has confirmed that he is single again after splitting from his Brazilian girlfriend of almost two years.

The rock legend revealed he has taken a “sabbatical” from Ana Araujo, whom he had previously credited with helping him quit alcohol and drugs. Wood had been dating the polo coach since his split from Russian waitress Ekaterina Ivanova in 2009. The guitarist, who was spotted partying alone at Sir Paul MCCartney’s wedding reception in London last week, has now confirmed he is no longer in a relationship with the Brazilian beauty. “I’m taking a sabbatical from her. I’m like Picasso, painting up the ladder after leaving his mistress at the bottom after a row,” Contactmusic quoted him as telling the Daily Mail. ANI
