Warning: Watching porn content could break your smartphone

New Delhi: Have you realized that watching porn is not just unhealthy for you, but for your smartphone too?

Watching porn content on your phone can expose your phone to a bug which locks the screens of smartphones when users download internet porn apps, said a report from Dell.

Android phones are more prone falling prey to the bug. The bug effects, when the phone user downloads the porn app, a request for Device Administration Privileges pops up and, if accepted, the malware locks the screen.

The lock-screen malware is harder to rid the phone of its evil effects as it blocks the Settings and you cannot not access any controls on your phone.

Though you can debug the phone, but you may need some technical help who may succeed in uninstalling the bug using Android Debug Bridge (ADB).
