New Delhi: Sonakshi Sinha – who made a dashing Bollywood debut in Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg’ – seems to have stuck to the Indian look with ease. The 25-year-old actress – who has been romantically paired with Ranveer Singh in the period film ‘Lootera’ – is seen wearing nine different sarees in the first official song of the movie – ‘Sawaar Loon’. According to DNA, the daughter of veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha, who carried off the Indian look with ease in the ‘Dabangg’ franchise, seems to be more someone comfortable in sarees onscreen. ‘Sawaar Loon’, which proves that love needs no language, shows a period of many days in a montage with Sonakshi wearing a new saree on a new day. The song kick-starts a few dialogues between the protagonists, who fall for each other at the first sight and then goes on to show how love blossoms silently between the couple. Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, ‘Lootera’ is partly based on O’Henry’s short story ‘The Last Leaf’. The period film - which has been shot in the old world charm of Dalhousie and Kolkata – will hit theatres on July 5, 2013. Sonakshi manages to look stunning in all the nine sarees in this amazingly romantic song. Here’s the song ‘Sawaar Loon’ from ‘Lootera’. You be the judge!
