New Delhi: Stumpings are usually associated with spinners, but Aussie discard Peter Nevill had a different take on it.
The 31-year-old recently achieved a rare feat, that of stumping off a fast bowler, in a Sheffield Shield clash match between New South Wales and South Australia at Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).
The bizarre dismissal took place when South Australia's Tom Cooper tried to take a quick single off the bowling of fast bowler Trent Copeland.
An alert Nevill hit the stumps from a distance, even as Cooper desperately tried to reach back to make his ground.
