New Delhi: Former Indian batsman Sanjay Manjrekar recently pulled up Sachin Tendulkar for a poor shot, saying the Master Blaster could have done better with his photography.
Manjrekar, now a known commentator, shared an old photograph, shot by Tendulkar. And he wrote, "Trying to show off our biceps in the 90s. Pic off centre isn't it ? He was better with the bat I guess, the photographer, Sachin Tendulkar."

Unlike Tendulkar's straight drives, the subject(s) in the photo was off centre, and it was the subject of Manjrekar's complain.
But, many fans came to the rescue of Tendulkar. And one particular fan wrote, "This mishit of Sachin went for a six".
@sanjaymanjrekar not placing the subject in the centre is recommended. Rule of thirds. This mishit of Sachin went for a six I guess — Yogendra Jog (@yogijog) March 21, 2017
Manjrekar also missed to tag Tendulkar, and a fan tweeted,
@sanjaymanjrekar why u hv not tagged @sachin_rt in this. He done his job perfectly as vaidya is in the centre. U always have had side roles. — Atul chouhan (@iamAtulc) March 22, 2017
Here are other tweets, in defence of Tendulkar
@sanjaymanjrekar of centre gives depth of field to a photograph ...so not very incorrect by Sachin... :-) — Gautam Kashyap (@gkash77) March 21, 2017

@sanjaymanjrekar Naah, off-center is better composition. centering the subject is boring — Winod Rai (@winodrai) March 21, 2017
@sanjaymanjrekar there is a 'rule of thirds' in photography. So @sachin_rt is absolutely right as per that:) — Bright George (@brightkg) March 21, 2017

By the way, another person in the photo has rightly been identitied as Prashant Vaidya, the former India pacer who had played four ODIs.
Tendulkar, often regarded as the greatest ever batsman, has 100 100's in international cricket.
Manjrekar played 37 Tests and 74 ODIs for India, scoring more than 4000 international runs.
