Imly, a new vegetarian outlet in the form of a 250ft long ‘magical’ train promises to serve best of street food journey from India.

New Delhi: What happens when the chaats, bhajis, pakoras, puris and slurpies from your favorite lane gets a lip-smacking twist and lands on your table hot, fresh and completely yummy? Imly, a new vegetarian outlet in the form of a 250ft long ‘magical’ train promises to serve best of street food journey from India.

Co-owned by Varun Puri and Vivek Bhargava, Imly can be best defined as short, sweet and spicy ‘snap shot’ from all parts of India.

“We are looking at the average Delhi foodie and have distinctive vegetarian dishes to satisfy everybody’s palate at reasonable prices with hygienic approach to serve street food. We will also deliver our delectable dishes to our customers at their homes at no additional charge” There is immense room for expansion in the future as concept is not location centric it is totally product driven,” Puri said.

From Bombay chowpatti chaat, Delhi 6 chaat, Awadh ki chaat, the kant-stopat-one karare palak ki chaat, the matter-over-mind Madras ki Bhatti and the shock-and-awe Afghani chaap are some of the delicacies that the outlet has to offer.

The outlet will open on November 1 at Rajendra Nagar.
