Harrison Ford recovers from leg injury, walks at red carpet

London: `Star Wars` star Harrison Ford walked the red carpet at the premiere of `The Expendables 3`, showing his recovery from the leg injury he suffered two months back. Ford, 72, had crushed his left leg on the set of `Stars Wars: Episode VII` in June in London. He underwent surgery and jetted back to his native US to begin rehabilitation treatment, reportedly. The veteran actor was pictured last month, walking without a crutch for the first time since breaking his leg. The production schedule for the seventh `Star Wars` installment was altered to allow Ford time to recover. The actor is expected to resume filming on the sci-fi movie in the coming weeks and the shoot is scheduled to wrap in the autumn.
