London: ‘Basic Instinct’ star Sharon Stone has finally sold her palatial Beverly Hills estate for about USD 6.6 million, less than the original asking price.
The 54-year-old actress has suffered a loss of about USD 4 million as she had listed the sprawling property at USD 10.95 million in 2006, reported Daily Mail. The Mediterranean-style home, which was built in 1991, sits at the end of a private road in Beverly Glen behind tall gates and boasts an amazing 4.85 acres. The home features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The home`s interior comes with high ceilings and recessed lighting, and there`s a wood-panelled library with built-in bookcases and a living room that has a wet bar, perfect for entertaining. The Casino star`s former home, she also owns a second and more modest residence in Beverly Hills, also features a tennis court with a covered alcove and cushioned chairs beside it. PTI
