Superstar Jackie Chan has detailed his life in the movie industry and personal stories about friends and family in his secondautobiography, which was released on the occasion of his 61st birthday in April.

Beijing: Superstar Jackie Chan has detailed his life in the movie industry and personal stories about friends and family in his secondautobiography, which was released on the occasion of his 61st birthday in April.

Titled 'Grown Old Before Grown Up,' the work takes a look at his career in the movies and shares personal stories as well, chinadaily.com.cn reported.

His first autobiography 'I Am Jackie Chan: My Life in Action,' which was a chronicle of his exploits on film for the western audience, was released when he starred in the blockbuster movie 'Rush Hour.'

The book reads like an open conversation with Chan's friends, talking about his colourful life in the movies. Chan said his transformation from a hot blooded youth to the peaceful man who had learnt to take thing in his stride defines him best as a human being.

Chan speaks about his origins, rise to fame, romances and his death defying stunts in the book. He also speaks about his more personal issues, such as, his daughter being born out of wedlock and his son spending six months in jail.
