Aditya Roy Kapur's `diamond` affair!

New Delhi: In the words of Marilyn Monroe, `Diamonds are a girl's best friend`.

This hold true, quite literally, for our Bollywood divas too. In love, it seems the desi heroes are going an extra mile to woo their lady love.

The buzz around B-town is that poster boy Aditya Roy Kapur recently fetched a diamond ring for his alleged girlfriend Shraddha Kapoor.

The quirky actor along with his co-star, Parineeti Chopra landed in the diamond city of India, Surat, for promoting their film `Daawat-E_Ishq`. And the actor wasted no time in purchasing the best diamond from the city.

It so happened that during the promotional food yatra (food yatra that commenced from Mumbai on Thursday), the actor stole a few moments from his schedule and made his way towards a diamond jewellery store. But because of the army of fans that followed him, he could not enter the store.

Later, reports suggest that the `Ashiqui 2` star called up the owner and bought a classic diamond ring from him. If grapevine is to believed, the ring is for his rumoured ladylove.
