Katie Holmes to pocket £10m from Tom Cruise divorce

London: Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have finalised their divorce with a multi-million pound deal.

Holmes, 33, is expected to get 2 million pounds for each year they were married, leaving the ‘Mission Impossible’ star more than 10 million pounds out of pocket. The pair finalised their quickie divorce on Monday, which was signed off by a New York judge. “The matter is finally resolved and over. All records are confidential and not available in any format for disclosure,” the Daily Star quoted Cruise’s lawyer Sheila Riesel, as saying. Holmes gets custody of their six-year-old daughter Suri, while her ex-husband keeps most of his estimated 160-million pound fortune. Cruise, will have generous access rights and the chance to travel with his daughter for work. ANI
