Spice Girls inspired video talks about women empowerment, Victoria Beckham supports campaign

New Delhi: Hollywood band- Spice Girls' 1996 pop anthem 'Wannabe' has been a super hit with generations together.

A remake of the same song has been released recently that talks about women empowerment.

Catching attention all over, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez features in the latest released video grooving with her girl gang.

Hollywood Singer-turned-designer Victoria Beckham too spoke in favour of the campaign, supporting the same.

The female empowerment campaign aims to spread a message of equality, quality education and end of violence against women.

According to a report in IANS, Victoria was qoutes as saying, "I think this film is a wonderful idea. How fabulous it is that after 20 years, the legacy of the Spice Girls -- 'Girl Power' -- is being used to encourage and empower a whole new generation,".
