London: Three of Gisele Bundchen`s bodyguards are set to stand trail for allegedly shooting at photographers during the supermodel`s much hyped 2009 wedding.
The Brazilian beauty wed football star Tom Brady in a lavish ceremony in Costa Rica but the couple soon found themselves in trouble after members of their security team allegedly opened fire on Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles, who were taking pictures of the celebrations.
The photographers claimed the three men, Miguel Solis, Manuel Valverde and Alexander Rivas, shot at their car and shattered the back windscreen.
The case went to court in Costa Rica and Judge Hernan Salazar ordered a trial, reported Contactmusic.
The two photographers sued Bundchen and Brady following the alleged incident, but the lawsuit was dismissed by a judge in New York who ruled the case did not belong in a Manhattan courtroom as none of the involved parties lived there.
