Ingredients for making Spinach soup:
Spinach- 1 cup
Onion and Tomato- 1
Ghee- 1 tablespoon
Sugar- ¼ tablespoon
Water- 1 and a half cup
Salt & Pepper- As needed
Know how to make Spinach Soup:
Cut onion, tomato, green chili, ginger and garlic into pieces and heat it with water on medium heat for at least 10 minutes.
Add washed spinach leaves and let it get wilted for around 2-4 minutes. Then let the mixture cool down to make the puree of it into the blender.
Heat the ghee in another pan, after that add the puree mixture. Add water and little sugar to it as per your liking and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Lastly, serve it with added salt and pepper
