Deepika Padukone denies starring opposite Salman Khan in 'Shuddhi', 'Sultan'

New Delhi: The grapevine had it that Deepika Padukone, the reigning queen of Bollywood may be starring opposite Salman Khan in his upcoming movies 'Sultan' and 'Shuddhi'. Turns out that the possibility of that happening is next to none. 

A leading daily reported that the actress has denied being part of these two projects and it also claims that she was not even offered any part in them. 

Deepika, who is riding high on the success of her latest release 'Piku' has a lot of big projects ahead of her. Not only is the anticipation high for Imtiaz Ali's next venture 'Tamasha', she is also a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus - 'Bajirao Mastani'. 

'Tamasha', which is scheduled to release later this year, will see Dippy paired opposite Ranbir Singh with who she has been in several big projects before. 'Bajirao....' also stars Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh in lead roles. 

All we have to say is that Salman - Deepika jodi would indeed be interesting to watch on the big screen and we hope it happens soon,
